Does it work with my scheduling software?

The production version connects to the major dental systems (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental) and reads cancellations as they happen. The demo on this page is a simulation with sample data.

Is patient data safe?

Yes. The production product is HIPAA compliant with signed BAAs, encrypted messaging, and opt-in consent for every patient. The demo uses fictional patients and sends nothing.

What if nobody on the waitlist says yes?

Backfill tries the top of the list first, then works down. If the slot stays open, your front desk gets a nudge with the remaining candidates and their phone numbers. You lose nothing by trying.

Won't patients find the texts annoying?
